Dr. Kozicz is a board-certified primary care physician and has been practicing in Putnam County for more than 2 years. She treats patients ages 18+. She takes a patient and family-oriented approach to medicine by listening to her patients in order to understand their background and lifestyle, and to tailor treatment plans to their individual healthcare needs.
